Wassenberg hires new office manager

The Wassenberg Art Center would like to welcome Brooke Lancey of Van Wert to the position of office manager. Lancey is stepping into the job formerly held by Kay Sluterbeck of Van Wert, who served the Wassenberg Art Center with diligence for the past 23 years.

Lancey comes to the center with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in art education and graphic design and a financial background. She has taught art for Defiance City Schools, has worked in the graphic design industry, paints, is involved with all kinds of art and enjoys interior design.

“We believe her experience, energy, skills, and bright smile will be a vital asset to the art center,” said Executive Director Hope Wallace. “Please stop in, introduce yourselves and welcome Brooke.”
