Charles Bradley Heinze III, 2 ½ months, died at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday, January 4, 2011, in the emergency room at Paulding County Hospital in Paulding.

He was born October 23, 2010, in Van Wert, the son of Charles Heinze Jr. and Chanel Crouse, both of whom survive in Payne.

Survivors include five brothers and two sisters; maternal grandparents Karen Crouse of Van Wert and James H. Crouse Jr. of Auburn, Ind.; and his maternal great-grandfather, Lewis C. Girardot of Convoy.

His paternal grandparents, Charles B. Heinze and Joyce (Hill) Linn, and maternal great-grandmother, DiAnna M. (Joseph) Girardot, also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 9, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with the Rev. Gregory Leigh officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
