Harold G. Clifton

Harold G. Clifton, 82, of Ohio City, died at 1:45 p.m. Sunday, January 23, 2011, at his residence.

He was born February 23, 1928, in Wren, the son of the late William M. and Helen R. (Barnett) Clifton. He married Marilyn (Kraner) Clifton, who survives in Ohio City.

Other survivors include five children, Deborah Hankins, Cathy Elzey and Rebecca (Dan) Pierce, all of Decatur, Ind., and Lance (Melanie) Clifton and Gary (Lisa) Clifton, both of Ohio City; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A sister, Betty Wright, also preceded him in death.

Private funeral services will be held at a later date.
