Surprise snowstorm

This local resident's snowblower has likely gotten even more use than he thought it would, as six more inches of the white stuff fell on Van Wert County on Saturday. EMA Director Rick McCoy said the National Weather Service had been calling for only 1-2 inches of snow that day, but a stronger-than-expected storm dumped three times what had been forecast.
