Fair Board office hours to change

Van Wert County Fair Manager Paul G. Oechsle announced Wednesday that Fair Board office hours will be changing, starting Friday, February 11, through February 18. Office hours for those days will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Starting on Monday, February 21, hours will return to the regular time of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Oechsle also announced that the Fair Board will be holding an open door meeting for members of the society and the general public to come and express their thoughts and ideas concerning the 2011 Van Wert County Fair. The meeting will be held Saturday, February 26, at 10 a.m. in the north end if the Junior Fair Building.

The February meeting of the Van Wert County Fair Board has been moved to Monday, February 28, at 7 p.m.  This meeting is one week later than normal, since Fair Board meetings are normally held the third Monday of each month.
