Benefit auction set for cancer victim

A quarter auction is being held this Tuesday, February 22, to benefit the children of Thor Friemoth.

A number of area crafters and vendors will have many items to bid on during the auction, which begins at 7 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Woodland Avenue. Doors open at 6 that evening.

A trust fund has been set up to help the children of Friemoth, who lost his battle with cancer on December 28 at the age of 30.
