Crestview collected food last week for a food drive competition with Lincolnview. The event was sponsored by the Northwest Region of the Ohio School Boards Association. The Crestview junior-senior high and elementary collected 1,150 food items, which were donated to the Convoy Food Pantry. The pantry is a very important venue for the community as it served more than 200 different families in 2010 alone. For its efforts, the school district will receive an award at the OSBA conference on March 10.
