1 hospitalized after OC fire

Ohio City firefighters rest after quickly knocking down a fire at 505 Koch St. in that village on Sunday afternoon. One person was reportedly trapped in what was then a smoke-filled house and was later taken to Van Wert County Hospital for treatment. In addition to the Ohio City Fire Department and EMS, other agencies at the scene included Brickner's Ambulance Service, the Ohio City Police Department, Van Wert County Sheriff's Department and the Van Wert County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
