Knights take the OGT

Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) week here at Crestview, sophomores will be tested in Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, and Science; freshmen will also be taking a practice OGT in preparation for next following year. Any  junior or senior who has passed all sections of the test enjoyed  a two-hour-delay on Monday, February 14 through Friday, February 18. Good luck to all students who are participating in the OGT.

Also the senior Chicago trip occurs Thursday and Friday. Mr. Dan Kline (trip advisor) has worked hard to create a fun schedule in the Windy City. “I hope to provide students with an exciting cultural, political, and historical look at one of the great American cities,” says Kline. A couple seniors shared their excitement for their trip to come. Logan Rayer says, “It will be enjoyable, seeing new things, I’m looking forward to it.” Also Kristen Wein says, “I’m really excited to spend time with my friends and go shopping.”

In the elementary they held a fundraiser for two Crestview Elementary students who have recently lost their house to a fire. On Wednesday March 16, kids were asked to bring one dollar in exchange to wear a hat for the day. All money raised was given to the family.
