“A told B and B told C, I’ll meet you at the top of the coconut tree.” If you have read any books to your child, you probably recognize those words. They’re from the book by Bill Martin called Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom. The Kindergarteners at St. Mary of the Assumption School read that book in art class and then make a coconut tree with the letters falling out of the tree.   Our Kindergarten students would be able to tell you if there was enough room in the coconut tree for all the letters.
