County engineering worker retires

Ralph White, a 33-year veteran of the Van Wert County Engineering Department, completed his last day of work on March 31. White was hired in 1978 by then-county engineer Paul Gardener and ended his career as a sign maintenance worker with the department. Shown is White (left) with current County Engineer Kyle Wendel.
