City Easter Egg Hunt coming up soon

The Van Wert Parks Department Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, April 23, at Smiley Park, starting at 10 a.m. for kids ages 10 and under.

There will be lots of candy, eggs, prizes and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny! Those who would like a photo of their children with the Easter Bunny should remember to bring their cameras.

Age groups and location for the hunt will be the following: Children 2 and under will be on the Don Bachman Field 2 (southeast ballfield), ages 3-4 on Art Mosier Field 3 (southwest ballfield), ages 5-7 on Smiley Field 4 (northwest ballfield), and ages 8-10 on Russ Fisher Field 1 (northeast ballfield).
