Ruth A. Zigovits
Ruth A. Zigovits, 84, of Paulding, died Thursday, April 14, at her residence after an extended illness.
She was born June 11, 1926, in St. Marys, the daughter of the late George and Lula (Gilliland) Losher. On May 21, 1948, she married Joseph Zigovits, who survives.
Other survivors include two sons, J. Michael (Mini) Zigovits of Farmington Hills, Mich., and G. Christopher (Amy) Zigovits of Indianapolis, Ind.; three daughters, Teresa Zigovits of Toledo, LuCinda Zigovits of Oxford and Katherine (Michael) Dangler of Snellville, Ga.; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Two brothers, G. Kenneth and Richard Losher, also preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, April 18, at Divine Mercy Catholic Parish in Paulding, with Father G. Allan Fillman officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery in Paulding.
Calling hours are from 3-6:30 p.m. Sunday, April 17, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding, where a rosary service will be held at 6 that evening, and an hour prior to services Monday at the church.
Preferred memorials: Masses, Community Health Professionals-Hospice of Paulding County or the Paulding County Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop.
