Coming soon: Community Concert Series!

As you read this, we have just finished our 2010-11 Community Concert Series. The DePue Brothers Band fiddled their way to the end of another exciting season.

After an exhausting search, we now have the next Community Concert schedule set. All those who had season tickets this year, will be sent the new line-up in the mail real soon. Included in that mailing will be all the directions on how to renew for next season. Unfortunately, the timing didn’t work out to start renewing at last night’s concert, so we will clearly state how and when we will accept renewals as well as new members.

Although I will leave it to a formal media release to announce the new season, I will say that the concerts I was hoping to get all came through. There will be the typical four concerts again, but this year we have added a bonus concert. So there will actually be five concerts for the next Community Concert Series. All will provide exceptional music, thrills, laughs, and loads of entertainment for the buck.

Watch your mail next week for all the exciting information. You won’t want to miss out on next season.  I hope we add even some more new members next season, as it’s the best entertainment deal by far.  Of course, you can always get single tickets too!  But once you’ve seen the entire line-up, I think you will have a tough time choosing any single concert.

Remember this season’s concerts? We started with Rich Little, then welcomed the American Spiritual Ensemble, followed by Five By Design’s Club Swing, and, finally, we finished with the DePue Brothers Band just last night. If you enjoyed these concerts, you will enjoy next season for sure!

The final NPAC concert of the season is jazz sensation Boney James. If you are not familiar with him, he plays saxophone and brings an entire band with him. If you enjoyed Kenny G, I think you will also like Boney James.

A few tickets still remain for the April 30 concert.  Go on-line at www.npacvw.org or visit or call the box office at 419.238.NPAC (6722) to reserve your seat for this season finale at the NPAC.

As we go through Holy Week, I trust you have a meaningful journey and eventually a magnificent celebration worthy of the event so many celebrate … Happy Easter!

FINÉ.
