VW boys, girls 5th at New Haven meet

NEW HAVEN, Ind. — The Van Wert High School boys’ and girls’ teams both finished in fifth place in the nine-team invitational on Friday night. The boys scored 58.33 points, with Bishop Dwenger finishing as champion and New Haven as runner-up. On the girls’ side, the Cougars scored 57 points, with Leo claiming the title and Concordia in second place.

Van Wert’s next meet will be today at Van Wert High School against Ottoville.
