Bentley Michael Goins of Van Wert was stillborn at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Van Wert County Hospital in Van Wert.

Survivors include his parents, Kylie Wood of Van Wert and Trevor Goins, also of Van Wert; maternal grandparents Ray and Sara Wood of Rockford and William and Martha Graves of Edwardsburg, Mich.; paternal grandparents, Joe Goins of Scott and Sherri Henkle of St. Marys; maternal great-grandparents Robert and Phyllis Thatcher of Rockford and Raymond and Angel Wood of Winchester, Ky.; paternal great-grandparents Jerry Goins of Haviland, Kathy Henkle of Rockford and Lynn Missler of Van Wert; a brother, William Goins, at home; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private family services will be held.

There will be no calling hours.
