The ribbon was cut Thursday on Hickory Sticks Golf Club’s restaurant, Mulligan’s Pub, by manager Tim Dull. The restaurant, which is adjacent to the golf course on U.S. 127, offers a variety of “pub food” in an attractive décor, six HD televisions and a fully-stocked bar with chilled domestic and pilsner draft beer. Traditional menu items include appetizers, chicken wings, sandwiches, pizza and salads. Unique menu items include Italian paninis, Chicago-style beef sandwiches, fish tacos and its signature "Hickory Sticks". Kitchen hours are 5-10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and noon-10 p.m. on Saturday.
