YMCA summer camps ready to kick off

The YMCA of Van Wert County’s Summer Camps kick off Monday, June 13, with “Water Works” camp.  This is a fun week filled with swimming, area pool and water park visits and much more.  Boys and girls ages 6-12 are welcome to participate.  Camps will be held weekly through mid-August.

Each camp runs Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Weekly rates are $70 for Van Wert Y members and $110 for potential (non) Y members.  There are a couple of price specials; including buy three camps, get the fourth one free.  Also, if a Y member brings a potential-member, the potential-member gets the member weekly camp fee.  In order to receive this special, the potential-member must attend with the sponsoring member.
