OSU alumni offering TinCaps tickets

The Ohio State University Alumni Club of Van Wert & Paulding Counties is selling tickets to a Fort Wayne (Ind.) TinCaps baseball game on Saturday, June 25, starting at 7:05 p.m., against the Lake County Captains at Parkview Field in downtown Fort Wayne.

Those who have never had the opportunity to see a TinCaps game can get tickets and sit with the OSU Alumni group. Tickets are available from the club at $9 each for All-Star seating in Section 106, which are great seats near home plate.

In addition to minor league baseball action, the ZOOperstars will be performing during the game. As seen on TV’s “America’s Got Talent,” the ZOOperstars put on a show to remember, with characters like Peyton Manatee and Harry Canary. There will be fireworks following the game. Transportation is NOT provided by the club.

There is no need to be an alumni club member to purchase tickets, so get a group together for a fun evening! Be sure to wear Ohio State garb to the game, though, as the OSU group will be announced on the scoreboard.

A limited number of tickets are still available. Deadline to purchase tickets is this coming week.
