Haldon E. Marshall

Haldon E. Marshall, 83, died June 28, 2011, in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Marion, Ind.

He was born July 27, 1927, in Van Wert County, the son of the late Emery and Dessie Grace (Blackwood) Marshall.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mary (Harley) Marshall; and two nieces, Diana Bockrath and Shirley Smith.

Three brothers, Paul, Glen and Harley Marshall, and two sisters, Leafel Smith and Mary Jane Marshall, also preceded him in death.

Memorial services were conducted July 6. He was buried in Marion National Cemetery.
