Coloring contest winner

Rylee Miller was the winner of a $100 savings bond sponsored by First Federal Savings and Loan as part of a caboose coloring contest held by the Van Wert County Historical Society during its Railroad Heritage Weekend. The contest was for first-, second- and third grade county students. Rylee was a first grader at Crestview Elementary School.
