Delbert W.R. & Dallas J.D.W.R. Ashworth

Delbert W.R. Ashworth was stillborn Tuesday, July 19, at Hicksville Community Memorial Hospital. Dallas J.D.W.R. Ashworth, 1 week, died Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.

They are survived by their parents, Justin and Tasha L. (Weaver) Ashworth of Paulding; a sister, Nevaeh Ashworth of Paulding; grandparents Shawn and Shelley Mullins of Paulding and Joe and Shannon Moreno of Van Wert; great-grandparents, Deborah Peoples and Wilma Mullins, both of Paulding, and Larry Longwell of Van Wert; uncles Jeremiah Holloway and Mason Moreno; a great-uncle, James Whiting; and a great-aunt, Sonja Proxmire.

Great-grandparents Barbara Longwell and Sammie Mullins also preceded them in death.

Graveside services will be conducted at a later date.

There will be no calling hours.
