On July 22, around 9:15 p.m., a man was seen standing outside an apartment’s window and was a determined to be a lookout for others inside the residence. When the lookout saw an individual coming towards the apartment he alerted those inside the residence and two men ran out of the residence. One of the males was described as being approximately 5 feet, 10 inches in height, weighing about 190 pounds, with short red hair and a goatee.
