Recorder retiring

Van Wert County Recorder Jan McIntosh (left) greets a young well-wisher at a reception held Thursday in the basement of the Courthouse. McIntosh is retiring after 30½ years in the Recorder’s Office. McIntosh first began working in the office in January 1981 for her mother, Carol Bebout, who was then county recorder.
