FBB donates to tennis complex

Rob Gamble, branch manager of the Van Wert Office of First Bank of Berne, presents John White, capital campaign chairman of the Van Wert County Tennis Association, with a check for $5,000 to be used for the construction of a new tennis complex in Van Wert. “The association is very grateful to Rob and First Bank of Berne for their generous contribution,” said White. Construction began August 29 on the tennis complex and is expected to take six to eight weeks. Once completed, the courts will be open to the public, as well as used for school matches and physical education. (FBB photo)
