Louis C. Weber

Louis C. Weber, 79, of Delphos, died at 2:23 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at Lima Memorial Hospital.

He was born November 10, 1931, in Ottoville, the son of the late Ludwig “Louis” and Marne (Bedink) Weber. On July 19, 1952, he married Ruth (Buschor) Weber, who survives in Delphos.

Other survivors include three sons, Dale (Cindy) Weber of Dublin, William (Elise Lark) Weber of Olivebridge, N.Y., and Charles “Chuck” Weber of Delphos; a daughter, Debra (Ron) Kill of Delphos; two brothers, Stanley (Grace) Weber of Wyandott, Mich., and Jim (Arleen) Weber of Arizona; two sisters-in-law, Patsy Weber and Marilyn Weber; a brother-in-law, Virgil Hohlbein; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Two brothers, John and Tom Weber, and a sister, JoAnn Hohlbein, also preceded him in death.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 3, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos, with Father Melvin Verhoff officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Delphos.

Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Friday, September 2, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, where a parish wake will be held at 7:30 that evening.
