Results of the election for Van Wert County Fair Board directors is as follows:

Pleasant Township – Terry Childs 193, Dwight High 222.

Jennings Township/At Large – Kyle Gehres 247, Phil Sorgen 174.

Jackson Township – Randy Mason 165, Tim Miller 272

Liberty Township – Aaron Knittle 231, Chris Overholt 211

York Township – Ron Owens 241, Michael Patterson 188.

The election was held on Labor Day during the 2011 Van Wert County Fair.

A special publication by The Van Wert independent on this year’s Junior Fair Livestock Auction will be published on Friday.
