Knight volleyball team beats Jefferson

DELPHOS — The Crestview Lady Knights traveled to Delphos Tuesday evening to go up against the Jefferson Wildcats in both teams’ Northwest Conference opener. Crestview was victorious in three straight games by scores of 25-10, 25-13 and 25-15.

With the win, Crestview is now 5-1 overall and 1-0 in the NWC. The Crestview junior varsity team also received a win, defeating Jefferson in straight games, 25-18, 25-16. Crestview’s JVs are now 3-3 overall and also 1-0 in the NWC.

Crestview will be back in action Thursday as they host the Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds in a NWC match-up. JV game time 6 p.m.
