VW unemployment drops below 10 percent

The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services says the unemplyment rate in Van Wert County dropped 7- tenths of a point in August, bringing the county back to a level it saw last spring. In all, the estimates represent about 100 new persons finding employement. Ohio's rate actually climbed slightly.
