VWFT to host 21st Scholarship Supper

The Van Wert Federation of Teachers will host the 21st annual Scholarship Supper on Friday, September 30, prior to the homecoming football game with Celina. The fundraiser will be held in the S.F. Goedde Building gymnasium from 4:30-7 p.m.

The proceeds will go toward educational scholarships given to Van Wert High School graduating seniors planning to enter the field of education.

Last year’s recipients were Courtney Barna and Katie Bono. The meal includes hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, assorted salads, desserts and a beverage.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children under 10. They can be obtained from Van Wert City Schools teachers or purchased at the door.
