Luncheon set for SilverSneakers program

The YMCA of Van Wert County announces a luncheon for its SilverSneakers program.  The event will be held on Thursday, November 17, at 11 a.m.  All potential and current SilverSneakers members are welcome to attend this event, as well as the SilverSneakers fitness class from 10-10:45 a.m.  This is a great way to find out more about the program, free fitness classes and the potential free Y membership those eligible will receive.  The Van Wert Manor will provide the luncheon.

Those eligible for SilverSneakers should receive a card in the mail from Healthways. Those who receive a card must bring it in to the Y to activate their free membership. Those who do not receive a card, but want to check eligibility can inquire at the Y.

Come to the Y on Thursday, November 17, to meet the staff, tour the facility and fitness areas; all while socializing with fellow participants over lunch.
