Nadine Joy Sink

Nadine Joy Sink, 89, of Van Wert, died at 6:57 p.m. Friday, October 28, 2011, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born January 3, 1922, in Neptune, the daughter of the late J. Gottleib and Maude A. (Paxton) Fox. On November 12, 1939, she married Robert Eugene Sink, who preceded her in death on November 30, 2009.

Survivors include a son, Tom (Nancy) Sink of Van Wert; one daughter, Joy (Homer) Kraner of Rockford; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Three brothers, Charles, Joe and Jack Fox; and three sisters, Evelyn Huffman Walls, Virginia Stuckey and Madeline Murphy, also preceded her in death.

Private funeral services will be conducted for the family.
