Mary Joanne Burcham

Mary Joanne “Mickey” Burcham, 77, of Van Wert, died at 9:35 p.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert.

She was born July 22, 1934, in Columbus, the daughter of the late Richard and Clarabelle (LeVeck) Bradley. On March 2, 1952, she married Harry Lester Burcham, who preceded her in death on December 3, 2004.

Survivors include four sons, John R. (Wanda) Burcham of Osseo, Mich., and David C. (Sandy) Burcham, Michael P. (Karen) Burcham and Timothy M. Burcham, all of Van Wert; five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2011, at Wesley United Methodist Church in Van Wert, with the Rev. Jay Nesselroad officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert.

Calling hours are from 4-8 p.m. Friday, November 11, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert and an hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
