Health Center to open in Putnam County

OTTAWA — The Putnam County Health & Diagnostic Center will host an open house on Sunday, December 11, from 1 to 3 p.m. to showcase its new facilities at 102 Putnam Parkway in Ottawa. The state-of-the-art family care facility, the newest addition to the Lima Memorial Health System, will open to the public Monday, December 12.

Erin (Kosch) Dariano, DO, a native of Putnam County, will run the family practice at the center, open to patients of all ages. Dr. Dariano received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

The center will feature on-site laboratory and radiology services, along with comprehensive occupational health services. The Putnam County Health & Diagnostic Center will offer extended hours and a Walk-In Care Center.

The Walk-In Care Center is available throughout the day and is open to anyone.

“We wanted to make sure that an affordable health care solution for those non-emergency medical situations is available for the people of Ottawa and Putnam County,” Dr. Dariano said.

The Walk-In Care Center accepts most insurance plans. The co-pay for the Walk-In Clinic is the same as an office visit.

Refreshments will also be served during the open house, along with Putnam County Health & Diagnostic Center giveaways for those in attendance.
