Jefferson Elementary Gives Thanks

Students and staff at Jefferson Elementary gathered again this year to share what they are thankful for and their annual Thanksgiving Feast. All 309 students and 32 staff members “feasted” together…thankful for their friends, classmates, teachers, and support staff.

Each class submitted “feathers” that stated what they were thankful for during this very special time of gratitude. Student Council members then placed the feathers on the wall, creating a beautiful turkey image to help celebrate their Thanksgiving Feast.

The Jefferson students and staff would like to thank our PTO volunteers and our Culinary Experts for their hard work in preparing and serving our feast. In Thanksgiving style, we “gobbled” it up!
