Kenneth L. Stallbaum

Kenny L. “Silky” Stallbaum, 59, of Oakwood, died Thursday, December 22, 2011, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind.

He was born April 30, 1952, in Paulding County, the son of Thais (Bryan) Stallbaum and the late Ray F. Stallbaum. On February 8, 1986, he married Dianne Carr, who survives at the residence.

Other survivors include three sons, Trevor Tracy of Defiance, Troy (Wendy) Tracy of Continental and Petty Officer Second Class Paul Stallbaum of Oakwood; a brother, Ted R. Stallbaum of De Land, Fla.; one sister, Sally (Dave) Egler of Defiance; and four grandchildren.

A twin sister, Kathy Lou Stallbaum, and a second sister, Sandra Sue Welch, also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 27, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding, with Pastor Sue Kochensparger officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery in Paulding.

Calling hours are from 2:30-8 p.m. Monday, December 26, and an hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
