Mable E. Seslar

Mable E. Seslar, 94, of Paulding, died Friday, December 23, 2011, at the Gardens of Paulding.

She was born July 1, 1917, in Oakwood, the daughter of the late Hershal and Blanche (Harmon) Winner. On July 28, 1938, she married William “Bernard” Seslar, who preceded her in death on May 16, 1988.

Survivors include a son, James (Mary Ann) Seslar of Gallup, N.M.; two daughters, Betty Jean “Cookie” (Dave) Adolph of Columbus and Cindy (Dan) Stuart of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a sister, Kathleen Cooper of Garrett, Ind.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Two brothers, Basil Winner and William Winner (in infancy), preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 31, at Paulding United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ben Lowell officiating. Burial will be in Maumee Cemetery in Antwerp.

Calling hours are from 2-7 p.m. Friday, December 30, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding and an hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
