C’view frosh get win over Commodores

LIMA — Thursday night in freshman boys’ basketball action, the visiting Crestview Knights defeated the Lima Perry Commodores 48-29.

The Knights, who led by two points at the half, came out with more intensity and picked up the pressure defensively to garner the victory. Crestview’s freshman team record now stands at 3-1 overall.

Next action for the Knights is Tuesday, January 2, when they take on the Parkway Panthers at home with a 5 p.m. tip-off.
