Cougar wrestlers compete in GMV tourney

GREENE COUNTY — The Van Wert Cougar wrestlers competed in the Greater Miami Valley Wrestling Invitational on Saturday, finishing 42nd out of 53 teams in the extremely tough tournament.

Top Van Wert wrestlers were 285-pounder Terrin Contreras, who finished fifth with a record of 5-2 and four pins, and Zack Burk, at 126 pounds, who was eighth with a 4-2 record.
