Dolores Ann Grant

Dolores Ann Grant, 84, of Paulding, died Friday, January 6, 2012, at Dupont Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was born October 24, 1927, in Latty Township, Paulding County, the daughter of the late Henry and Ollie M. (Gerber) Laukhuf. On June 19, 1949, she married Thomas J. Grant, who survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Gary (Linda) Grant and Paul (Charlotte) Grant, both of Paulding, and Philip (Gloria) Grant of Antwerp; two daughters, Lois Ann (Huron) Claus of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mary Beth (Matt) Thacker of LaGrange, Ind.; 22 grandchildren; and 46 great-grandchildren.

A brother, Lester Laukhuf; and one sister, Mary Ella Klopfenstein, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 10, at Latty Apostolic Christian Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Monday, January 9, ta the Latty Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall and an hour prior to services Tuesday at the church.

Preferred memorials: Gideons International or Gateway Woods Children’s Home in Leo, Ind.
