Knight freshmen defeat VW Cougars

The Crestview Knight freshman boys’ basketball team took on county rival Van Wert Cougars in non-conference action.

In a hard fought scrappy game, the Knights and Cougars battled back and fourth, with the Knights coming out on top in the end, 47-44.

Crestview’s record moves to 7-2 overall and the Knights will travel to Spencerville Thursday to take on the Bearcats in a conference game. The game will begin at 5 p.m.
