Cougar wrestlers lose to Wapakoneta

WAPAKONETA — The Van Wert Cougar wrestling team was edged by Wapakoneta during a dual meet held Thursday in Wapakoneta.

Winning for the Cougars were Ritchie Espinoza at 113 pounds (void), Zack Burk at 126 pounds (pin), Daniel Thompson at 145 pounds (pin), Colten Royer at 152 pounds, Jordan Daniels at 160 pounds (pin) and Terrin Contreras at 285 pounds (void).
