Madge Marcile Jones

Madge Marcile Jones, 90, of Ohio City, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Vancrest Health Care Center of Convoy.

She was born April 21, 1921, near Wren, the daughter of the late Clarence Clyde and Anna W. (Kever) Jones, and Ada (Fluckiger) Jones.

Survivors include two brothers, Howard D. (Joan) Jones of rural Ohio City and Leon B. (Joyce) Jones of Defiance; a sister, Pauline Jones of Van Wert and many nieces and nephews.

Five brothers, Lloyd C. Jones, Paul Jones, Harold Harry Jones Sr., Daniel Clyde Jones and Floyd W. Jones, and a sister, W. Josephine Myers, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 2, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Keith Jones and Chaplain Linda Jones officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

Calling hours are from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, at the funeral home.
