Knight homecoming candidates

The Crestview Student Council has again tackled the task of planning homecoming activities for winter 2012.  This year’s homecoming theme is “Bright Knight,” which will have a neon decoration theme with “glow sticks” for all dance attendees. On Friday, February 17, a pep assembly will be held at 2:15 p.m. in the high school gym.  Later that evening, in between the junior varsity and varsity boys’ basketball games against Wayne Trace, a ceremony will be held in which the homecoming queen will be crowned. The court this year consists of (from the left) freshman Courtney Trigg, sophomore Brooke Bowen, seniors McKenzie Nofer, Holly Genth and Brooke Nofer, and junior Elyse Klinger. The last event of the weekend is the homecoming dance on Saturday, February 18, from 7-10 p.m. in the auditeria. The dance is for students in grades 9-12. (Crestview photo)
