Don Edward Sullivan

Don Edward Sullivan, 84, of St. Marys died at 3:08 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2012, at Otterbein Retirement Community in St. Marys.

He was born November 18, 1927, in Cass County, Ind., the son of the late Ralph and Margaret (Sharts) Sullivan. On July 3, 1947, he married Marian Alice (VanHoesen) Sullivan, who survives in St. Marys.

Survivors include a son, Merle (Frieda) Sullivan of Fulton, Ind.; four daughters, Alice Lynch of Logansport, Ind., Carolyn (Michael) Colvin of Flora, Ind., Donna (Eugene) Field of Peru, Ind., and Carla (Kenneth) Pond of Rockford; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.

Arrangements are being handled by Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford.
