Willshire Lions plan annual fundraiser

WILLSHIRE — The Willshire Lions Club will be sponsoring its annual pancake and sausage day on Saturday, March 10.  The event will be held from 6 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Lions Club building on State Street in Willshire.

Proceeds will be used for various community projects including sponsoring some educational tools for a visually impaired student at the Parkway Middle School.

The Willshire Lions Club also continually accepts used eyeglasses to be used for Lions Club International projects. The used eyeglasses may be given to any Lions Club member or they may be placed in a donation box at the pancake and sausage event.

The Lions Club would like to thank the community for the continued support of various activities.
