Patricia S. Teixeira

Patricia S. Teixeira, 76, of Port Charlotte, Fla., and formerly of Rockford, died at 3:05 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012, at the Tidewell Hospice Home in Port Charlotte.

She was born March 12, 1936, the daughter of the late Clarence “Buck” and Donna Francis (Bennett) Trisel. On June 3, 1978, she married Peter A. Teixeira, who survives in Port Charlotte.

Other survivors include four children, Pam Kay Bowen of Mendon, Scott (Barb) Bowen of Rockford, Bruce (Darla) Bowen of Kendallville, Ind., and Todd David Bowen of Bradenton, Fla.; four grandchildren; and a sister, Connie Trisel of Bradenton, Fla.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at noon Thursday, March 22, at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, with Pastor Mark Rutledge officiating.

There will be a private viewing for family members only.
