Harlem Wizards show to aid Red Cross

Get ready for dazzling ball handling tricks, highflying slam-dunks and hilarious family comedy, all of which will benefit the Van Wert County Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Join the Harlem Wizards basketball show on Thursday, April 26, starting at 6:30 p.m., in the S.F. Goedde Building gymnasium, 205 W. Crawford St. in Van Wert, as the Wizards take on the Van Wert County All Stars.

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. All proceeds benefit the local American Red Cross chapter as it strives to serve the residents of Van Wert County, making the community a safer place to live.

Tickets are on sale for the Wizards’ 50-year anniversary tour performance at the Red Cross office or online (a processing fee applies). For ticket sales online go to www.harlemwizards.com.

Ticket prices are as follows: children under school age get in free; in advance: Students in grades K-12, $8; those over age 65, $8; adults, $10. Tickets purchased at the door are $2 more each.
