Carol J. Feathers

Carol J. Feathers, 85, of Delphos, died at 4:45 p.m. Friday, May 11, 2012, at her residence.

She was born December 28, 1926, in Delphos, the daughter of the late Samuel B. and Ruth Irene (Fryer) Dray. On March 9, 1946, she married James L. Feathers, who survives in Delphos.

Other survivors include three sons, James W. (Sharon) Feathers and Thomas B. Feathers, both of Delphos, and John K. Feathers of St. Marys; a daughter, RuthAnn (James) Carnahan of Bradenton, Fla.; a brother, Wayne (Mae) Dray of Columbus; one half-brother, Michael (Pat) Dray of Delphos; a half-sister, Ardith DeWitt of Delphos; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Her stepmother, Doris Irene (Graham) Dray; a sister, Gloria Ruth Watkins; and a grandson, Daniel Carnahan, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, with the Rev. David Howell officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Delphos.
