Jola Lee Coplin

Jola Lee Coplin, 79, of Van Wert, died at 4:58 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born November 2, 1932, in Lima, the daughter of the late Ralph Milton and Ilah Naomi (Dickey) Craig. She married Arthur “Ed” Coplin, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two children, Kimberly Coplin and Scott Coplin, both of Van Wert; a brother, Ralph Craig of Oklahoma; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, at First Presbyterian Church in Van Wert, with the Rev. Hal Shafer officiating. Committal services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Lost Creek Cemetery in Hicksville.

Calling hours are from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
